How does the online ticket sale work?
You can buy your tickets online by selecting your show of choice in the planner and then clicking on ‘Order Tickets’. After filling out your contact details and the number of cards you want to order, you can pay by iDEAL. After payment you will receive a confirmation email with an e-ticket attached.
Can I return or exchange my tickets?
Once bought, you cannot exchange or return your tickets. We do not give out refunds. You are however always free to give your tickets to someone else.
Until what date can I buy my tickets?
You can get your tickets as long as they are available with a cut off time of 1 hour before the show. Tickets for dinner packages are available up to 24 hours before the show.
What is an e-ticket and how does it work?
After buying a ticket through our website, you will receive an email with a PDF attached for every show you booked. With this e-ticket you will be admitted to the show. You can either keep it on mobile or take a printed copy. The barcode on the e-ticket will be scanned when you enter the venue, this is a unique code that can only be used once. Duplicating e-tickets is therefore useless. Make sure you keep your code scannable, so be careful with folds, dirt or moisture.
I did not receive my e-tickets, what do I do?
If you did not receive a conformation email, it could be blocked by your spamfilter, please check your spamfolder. If your e-tickets are not there, email us on email@example.com with your contact details and what show/date you booked.
Can I show my ticket on my mobile phone or tablet?
Yes, you can! It is no problem to scan the barcode from a mobile or tablet.
I would rather not order online, can I still get tickets?
Yes, you can! You can also buy your tickets by wiring money to Stichting Festival Classique. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org for our bank details and payment instructions. As soon as we receive the payment, the tickets are send to you. If shows are not sold out, you can buy your tickets at the desk during the festival – pin payments only.
Are there any (free) activities that I don’t need tickets for?
There certainly are. On the weekends of June 8 to 10 and June 14 to 17, there are free performances on the Gevers Deynootplein. Click here for more information.
