Where can I buy my tickets?
You can buy tickets for Festival Classique|Sound Bites via this website. After payment by means of iDEAL you will receive a confirmation mail including an e-ticket. This e-ticket is your admission ticket. Keep the e-ticket on your mobile or print out the e-ticket and take it along to the performance. At the entrance the barcode of the e-ticket will be scanned.

How do I cash in my voucher?
At the end of the order process you will see a summary of the tickets ordered and the total price. At this point you can fill in the voucher code in the field "enter your voucher code". The credit of the voucher is deducted from the total amount of your order. Have you still money left? Choose another concert to join at Festival Classique 2022! If the value of your order is higher than the voucher credit, you will have to pay the balance via iDEAL. The vouchers expire after 2022.
I have received no e-tickets. What do I do now?
If you have not received a confirmation mail, it is possible that the e-mail did not get through your spam filter. Check first whether the e-mail is in the spam folder. If not, you can simply find the ticket via Your Ticket Provider.
Can I cancel or exchange my ticket?
Once bought, tickets cannot be exchanged for another evening. No money will be refunded in the event of cancellation. You may sell your tickets via Ticketswap or take out a cancellation insurance when buying a ticket ("ticket guarantee") via our ticket partner Your Ticket Provider. During the order process this possibility is offered. Ticket guarantee offers the possibility of cancelling tickets bought and to get back the purchase price, as mentioned in the conditions. Please note: cancellations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are excluded.

Where is the festival (cash) desk?
During the festival you can buy tickets for performances that have not yet been sold out at the cash desk in the festival grounds (at Strandweg 9) during the opening hours of the cash desk. Please note: you can only pay by PIN for the purchase of tickets. You can also ask all your questions there.

Until when can I buy tickets?
Until one hour before the start of a performance you can buy tickets online (provided they are available).
Will I get my money back if the performances are cancelled as a result of corona?
Yes. We do not foresee a cancellation, but if the performances are cancelled as a result of tighter corona measures, you will receive your money back for the tickets bought. This is the only exception to our no refund policy.
Are there also (free) activities for which I don't need a ticket?
Most certainly! Many performances, concerts and activities may be attended free of charge. You need no e-ticket for them. You can find the information about these performances at our program page.
Is there an interval in the programme?
There is no interval during the performance. Please arrive in time, because as soon as the performance has started you can only enter if you do not disturb the other visitors. For instance during applause after part of the programme. This will always be done in consultation with our employees who are present on the spot.
Could I buy foods and drink at the festival?
Almost all ticket includes a drink before or after the performance. We only work with hardcups: you will pay a deposit of €3,- in the ticketshop. In this hardcup you will get your (free) drinks, except of coffee and tea. When you hand in the hardcup again, we will transfer your €3,-.
Have you bought a combi ticket that includes multiple performances? Check your ticket to see which performances you will receive a free drink at.
When you order the performances online, you can also directly book a breakfast, lunch or dinner package. Beach pavilion Xiringuito takes care of our arrangements. Of course there are plenty of beach bars around the festival site where you can enjoy a good lunch or dinner.
Is the festival accessible to disabled people?
Yes. Thanks to wooden planks on the walking routes the pathways to (almost) all the performances are easily accessible, even if you have difficulty walking or use a wheelchair or rollator.
Only some performances are (less) accessible for disabled:
– Jungle by Night & Matangi Quartet has only standing tickets, although we offer 10 wheel chair places
– Campfire with live music is less accessible for disabled
– By the sea concert isn’t accessible for disabled
– Yoga to live music isn’t accessible for disabled

Will the festival continue in bad weather?
We assume good weather! But of course (extreme) bad weather can occur.
Performances in the LightPavilion will only be canceled in the event of (hard) rain, thunderstorms or wind force higher than 7.
Performances in the Four Wing Pavilion can continue in case of rain, but will be canceled in the event of thunderstorms or wind force from 7.
Our peripheral programming on the boulevard and the performances on the beach, including Yoga to live music, By the sea concert and Campfire to live music, will be canceled in the event of (hard) rain, thunderstorms or wind force from 7 onwards.
If we have to cancel a performance due to extreme weather, we will inform you by e-mail at least 3 hours before the start. In the event that we have to cancel the performance due to extreme weather, we will refund your ticket(s).
Umbrellas are not allowed during the performance. In bad weather, use a raincoat or poncho.
When going to an open-air performance, dress according to the weather.
It may happen that part of the programme changes. Festival Classique will then do its utmost to offer an equivalent alternative. A change of programme does not give any right to a refund.
May I make recordings?
We like it if you share a photograph or short clip of Festival Classique 2022 with your friends via social media. But making visual and audio recordings with professional equipment is not permitted without explicit prior permission of Festival Classique.
