Due to the magnificent success at Festival Classique 2023, the Thomas Baggerman Trio is back on this year’s programme!
Thomas Baggerman Trio plays gypsy jazz with influences from bebop, Latin, bossa nova, tango, classical music and his own work. All this with a contemporary, modern touch and always played intensely and straight from the heart.

Thomas Baggerman (1988) is internationally recognised as one of the best gypsy jazz guitarists of his generation. Since the start of his musical career around 2011, he has recorded several albums and toured Europe with various groups, including his own trio and the ‘Eva sur Seine’ quartet. Highlights include performances at various jazz festivals such as Django in June (USA), Augsburg Django Memorial and a recent concert at the world-famous Django Reinhardt festival in Samois sur Seine.
